Zentrix measures trading behaviour. It does not advise on trades.
Privacy Policy
This document explains how Zentrix handles account, trading, and operating data across the public site and the operator console.
Zentrix collects the information required to operate the service: account credentials, session data, the rules and account configuration declared during onboarding, the trades you log, your reflections, and the behavioural measurements derived from them.
If you joined the pre-launch access list, the email address and optional trader classification you submitted are retained.
Trade records and reflections are used to compute the measurements shown in your console: stability, deviation, and the directives that follow from them. They are not used to evaluate strategy or profitability, and they are not shown to other operators.
Account data is used to authenticate you, operate billing, and send account messages such as password recovery. Zentrix does not treat it as marketing-list inventory.
Visits to the public site are counted with PostHog: the page viewed, the link that referred the visit and its campaign tags, clicks on the page, and the browser and approximate location PostHog derives from the request. Nothing is stored in your browser to recognise a later visit, no cookie is set, and the session is not recorded.
Subscriptions are processed by Paystack. Card details are entered with Paystack and are not stored by Zentrix; Zentrix receives the plan and the payment status.
Authentication sessions and system logs are used to preserve access integrity, detect misuse, and maintain administrative oversight of the platform.
Security-related logs may retain technical metadata necessary to investigate abuse, failed entry attempts, or operational faults.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate your account or satisfy security and administrative requirements.
You can close your account from Settings at any time. Access ends at once. Your record is kept for 90 days, then your email, password and account names are removed, and your trading record is detached from you and no longer shown. The trading record itself is not destroyed, because it is evidence the platform's readings were taken from.
Zentrix does not sell user data. Information may only be disclosed where required to operate the service, protect the platform, or comply with legal obligations.
